After reading the GURUS DREAM I took your advice and inspiration from the story of Dean and set up my own blog called Internet Marketing Test Lab and have been posting some free content and also product reviews as well but still not making any moolah.
I think Newbies Nightmare now really clarifies the MARKETING vs SELLING scenario and i think i can see where i have gone wrong. I think i have provided value but…..not enough.
I would love to win a spot in your coaching programme to be able to take things to the next level. I am currently changing my thought process on this and have nearly completed two new reports for people wanting to get a website up quick and for people who want to add video to their sites.
The reports are about 50 pages and DO HAVE two or three affiliate inks with about five or six links to free resources that are complimentary to the main report.
I will be giving these away from the blog to try and help some people.
I did like the fact that you stessed about running an Internet “MARKETING” Company……

Alex, I’m quite intrigued. Just recently I made the decision to pursue Internet Marketing because of the reported money and lifestyle a lot of the top people seem to have. Hi Alex,i reed your ebook and i saw your video about Newbies Nightmare.I paid in the past a lot of money to find a good way, or system, or strategie to make money online.All was crap.I have daily hundred`s hype emails from all the gurus.That is one tipical case of owerload information.My englisch is poor, so i must strugling with this to. Reading over some of the other comments, I think I figured it out. And you already had the answer…
your approach of marketing WITH people instead of TO them, is the first step.
I believe what might be the answer is that we spend all our time marketing to the marketers, instead of selling to the customers. (or a variation of that phrase).
Looking forward to seeing your answer, which I’m sure will be part of your mentoring course, which I just joined. :-)

Alex, late in on this but my PC is knackered so got a new one. Yes, I want this for free. I want to know what is the 1 thing that is holding me back. Its not ambition, its not a “not want to” but something is not clicking for me with this. No matter how long I spend doing this, I just cannot seem to turn the corner. So yes, give me Newbies Nightmare and as all you have ever written proves, its never full of S… and its plain straighforward to read. By the way, good luck with the new course.

Hi, I was looking at the pictures of all the famous marketers with you. I knew 90% of them from internet sales pages and ebooks,coaching programs ect. I have purchased infomation from many of them, but never had the big bucks to get coaching from the likes of IMC or mike filsamine. The reason i need your knowledge is that all the marketers friends of yours have alot of my money and /i have nothing to show for it very discourging to be a big fat Inter loser. but thats me where are all the students and success story people who learned the secrets and make the millions like the ones in the pictures.
